Reporting a claim during business hours

Our offices are open 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Please call us at (905) 886-5630 or you may contact your insurer directly on their dedicated claims hotlines.

Automobile Insurance claim:

For assistance with an emergency automobile claim outside of business hours, please contact your insurer directly on their 24 hour emergency hotlines.

Property, liability and other classes of claim:

In the event of an emergency and for claims assistance outside of business hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays), please refer to your Policy for claims reporting and guidance. 

Emergency situation: You are advised to carry out any reasonable temporary repairs that will safeguard your property from further damage. As long as the incident is covered by an insured peril (as outlined by your insurance policy) insurers will consider reimbursement of reasonable costs incurred as part of the claim.

Report Your Claim Early 

It is a fundamental condition of your insurance policy that any incident that might give rise to a claim is reported to the insurer as soon as reasonably possible. This includes an incident where you may not feel you are responsible.

What we do

Holman Insurance Claims will notify insurers on your behalf of any event or incident which may result in a claim against your policy. To do so, it is vital that you provide full details as soon as possible including photographs to support your claim.
